Announcing a thrilling hunting GIVEAWAY! That’s right! On April 1st, 2025, we will randomly select one fortunate email list subscriber to embark on a free round trip water taxi to the captivating Double Bay on Hinchinbrook Island. This excursion will be valid for any available dates in September 2025. The splendid public use cabin can be conveniently rented online directly from the Forest Service at www.recreation.gov.

The fortunate winner will receive round-trip water taxi services free of charge for themselves and up to 5 guests, with no weight restrictions for the entire entourage's camping gear and provisions. Taxis departure from Cordova to the charming remote Alaskan cabin and back. The winner must arrange the cabin rental and provide their own in-field and camping supplies, as the drawing is exclusively for water taxi services. Please note that airfare to and from Cordova, licenses, and tags are not included.

Double Bay is a prime location for coho fishing in early September, deer hunting from September through December, and offers OTC brown bear hunting after October 15th for state residents or non-residents hunting with a family member. Moreover, the area provides outstanding opportunities for goose and duck hunting.

The drawing will be conducted around noon on April 1st, using a random number generator to assign numbers to the list and we will televise on Facebook/Instagram live pulling the winning number out of a spinner.
